    I want to sign up with coach. But app will not take a payment through PayPal or debt. How do I get started?

      In case of a payment problems, make sure that …

      1. you have a stable internet connection when you try to subscribe to the Coach.
      2. you have set up a working payment method in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

      If that does not help, please try the following:

      1. Close the app, restart it and initiate another payment process.
      2. Restart your phone and initiate another payment process.
      3. Uninstall and reinstall the app and initiate another payment process.

      Unfortunately, we have no influence on the payment systems of Apple and Google. If the problem persists, please contact the App Store or Google Play Store Customer Support.

      Você pode completar e qualificar-se uma semana dentro de 24 horas antes de terminar. Acima do relógio rápido, o aplicativo indicará que você tem a opção de completar a semana. Subsequentemente, o acesso ao resumo do plano é novamente ativado. Se não desejar esperar até ao fim da semana de jejum, pode também cancelar a sua semana de jejum actual e obter acesso directo aos planos normais.

      Coach users may choose between +50 fasting plans, can set a joker day every week and lose weight about 30% faster. When choosing the Coach plan, they receive individual fasting plans tailored to their needs. The additional challenges they get motivate and help them on their fasting journey.

    Hii I been using this app for 3 week and I start from bigger and next week I change to fat killer I don’t see any change my weight even while I’m eating my weight goes up right away and I been stuck with my weight no change at all and I don’t know who is my coach I don’t see more options in the app u don’t have any option to search on app I have to all the time research on google I don’t know how’s it work is that anyway I can talk with my coach like I pay money because I see first I have coach but by time I start I don’t see anything make me feel I have coach I just get week plan but I want they suggest me which plan should I choose that help me to lose weight faster please help me out thank you

      the “Coach” is an intelligent fasting algorithm our team has developed in 1.5 years of work. If you need support from a live person you can always ask our experienced team for any questions and tips around intermittent fasting and the app. Simply write an email to
      It often takes some weeks until the body adjusts itself to the new eating habit of intermittent fasting. Therefore it is possible that you don’t lose weight in the first weeks. That differs from person to person.
      Do not doubt yourself or give in!

      I have a few tips for you:

      + If you didn’t lose weight, you should consider prolonging your fasting hours or fasting more often. That’s what our Coach does – he adjusts your fasting plans according to your goals and progress. But you can also choose a different week plan manually.
      + Intermittent fasting is no fast “wonder diet” which often leads to a yo-yo effect. It is a long-term change of your eating habits. That’s why weight loss can take some time.
      + In the eating periods you shouldn’t overeat – or eat more than you would usually eat without fasting.
      + If you have acute food cravings: stay active, go for a walk, meet friends and drink lots of water (two glasses are recommended).
      + You should avoid sugar and sweetened drinks also in the eating periods. If you really want to eat sugar, then directly after a larger meal, to let your blood sugar regulate itself better. This also reduces the hunger during fasting periods.
      + Sports are fine as well! Try to move while your fasting as this is very efficient with regard to fat burn! But please take care of yourself because your energy level might be lower.

      On top of that please do not focus too much on the number you see on the scales. Your body weight alone is not meaningful and adequate to track your success.
      + It could for example be changes with regard your water household that indicate a weight gain (even if you lost fat).
      + Additionally, training people gain muscles and loose fat at the same time. As muscles are heavier than fat you will see a climbing number on the scales even though you lost fat.
      + Measure your hips, waist and thighs, enter the figures in the app statistics and track them over time. These numbers are much more meaningful as they show you if and where you lost fat.
