What are the best starter tips?

  1.  Follow the recommended Coach Journey or choose a gentle start yourself, e.g. with 14-10 or 16-8.
  2. Eat nutrient-rich foods and drink enough (min. 2.5 liters (85 fl. oz.) per day).
  3. Take your body measurements in addition to weight.
  4. Keep your stress level low, ensure balance and relaxation.
  5. Be patient and don’t compare yourself with others. Each body is different.
