Challenges sind kleine Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Bewegung, Gesundheit und Wellness, die dir helfen, dein Leben noch gesünder zu gestalten, deine Ziele zu erreichen und das Abnehmen noch effektiver machen. Sie machen BodyFast zu einem besonderen Erlebnis, das dich zu mehr Wohlbefinden im Alltag führt.

    How do I actually change the weekly challenge- I dont see anything on how do’s and whats the boxes for after the weekly challenges — like 1x and then 2x

      Do you have the latest version of the app installed? It’s very easy – there is a button “add challenge” and symbols for deleting challenges.

      Unfortunately, the challenges are not included in the free version of BodyFast. They are only available for Coach-users. If you are interested in the Coach you can find plenty of information on our website. https://www.bodyfast.de/faq.

      Hi Tara, thanks for your comment.
      To activate the Coach, you have to cancel your current fasting week or wait for it to end. Then you can start a Coach week in the left tab. These weeks will be individually calculated based on your progress and goals. Additionally the Coach will give you weekly health challenges which lead to a healthier lifestyle.

          Thanks for reaching out to us!

          Challenges are part of the individual Coach plans. At the beginning of a new fasting week, the Coach suggests you a couple of challenges before you start.

          How to add or remove challenges

          You can add or remove challenges at the beginning of each fasting week. Before you start your week, you can scroll down and there you will see that some challenges have already been added to your week. They are suggested to you based on your goals and progress. You can also delete them by clicking on the waste bin icon and all the way at the bottom you have the option to “add challenges”.

          Here, you will also notice the short information that is given to you about each challenge.

          How to complete challenges

          Once you have started your week, you will notice that there are two types of challenges. Firstly, there are challenges that you have to tick off for every day once completed (e.g. Balanced Diet – the one with the apple icon). Secondly, there are challenges that will automatically be added to your trophies once your week is completed (e.g. No sugar drinks).

          Most of the challenges are available from the beginning. Then, there is also an advanced version of the level 1 challenges (e.g. No alcohol 1 = No alcohol for 5 out of 7 days; No alcohol 2 = No alcohol for the whole week).
          These are shown as “secret challenges” before unlocking them by completing the “easier” ones.

          At the end of each week you will be asked to rate the challenges so that the Coach learns more about your current level.
          He will adapt his selection in the upcoming weeks.

          What are trophies?

          In the trophies tab, you can check which challenges you have already chosen in the past. You will also see the trophies that you have earned so far by completing weeks.

    I am a coach user and I’m on a new week . I don’t understand the app , what am i supposed to do with movement challenge its all greyed out ? Weekly challenge! Am I supposed to tick box when I haven’t had sugar? Exercised? I love parts of the app but some of it needs to be explained better .

    Please help! Rating the weekly challenges. By clicking 5 stars does it mean it was very hard for me to do and one star would mean very easy for me to do ? Or does the star rating mean did I like the change? As in 5 starts I liked it the most, very much and one star I disliked it a lot.?
    It would be very helpful if the description for the meaning of the stars was explained better.

      Five stars mean that you liked the challenge very much (no matter if you managed to complete it or not).
      Thanks for the input, we will consider explaining it better in future versions of the app.
